FREE DEMO SAMPLE

This ZIP is an example of the eight files in a SoundToMIDI Music Export Pack. It was generated from the complete built-in demo audio (demo-melody.mp3), using the converter's default General profile and unedited result. No purchase is needed for this example. For your own audio, the pack is generated from your current result and edits.

How to use
Listen to practice.wav and compare with your recording. Use practice-slow.wav for slow practice. Both use a simple synthesized reference instrument, not the source recording or a sampled acoustic piano. No accompaniment or missing notes are invented. WAV rendering supports passages up to 10 minutes.
Print score.pdf to read the notation and note names. Only staves with notes are shown; a single-staff melody is not a two-hand piano arrangement. Edit score.musicxml in a score editor to fix rhythm or hand assignment. The PNG and CSV keep edited timing; their bar/beat positions use the selected meter, tempo and leading offset, without quantizing the notes. CSV beat numbers use the time-signature denominator (eighth-note beats in 6/8). Reference WAV and MIDI have no leading offset added.

The score uses a nearest-sixteenth-note grid and a fixed tempo. MIDI keeps the current edited timing; it is not changed by notation settings. Bar offset adds leading rests to the score only. The hand split is a pitch-based suggestion, not a performance fingering. Accidentals use sharp spellings with no inferred key signature. Tuplets, expressive tempo changes, pedal and fingering are not inferred.

Review missing/extra notes, rhythm and hand assignment before practicing. This is an automatic draft, not a professionally corrected arrangement. Open MusicXML in MuseScore to refine notation; open MIDI in your DAW to refine performance.
